GatewayD advanced plugin for caching query results.

This plugin is an advanced version of the cache plugin. It supports reading the WAL (Write-Ahead Log) of the database server and invalidating the cache even if the clients bypass GatewayD and write directly to the database server. This allows for more efficient caching and invalidation. The plugin have the following more advanced features:

- Intelligent caching
- Rule-based caching
Support invalidation mechanisms:
- Intermittent
- Metrics-based (statistical)
- Comment-based
